You Can Do This Simple, Calorie-Burning Workout Anywhere
It’s the holidays — the time of year when stress seems to be unavoidable.
Because of this, you might be inclined to give yourself a pass on keeping up with your workout routine. There’s no way you have enough time to make it to the gym anyway.
The thing is, exercise is a great way to relieve stress.
So, instead of forgoing your workout during the holidays, consider doing a simplified version at home.
We spoke to certified personal trainer Connor Griffin about some of his favorite moves to do when you don’t have a ton of equipment or a ton of time.
The Warm Up
10 inch worms
10 shoulder circles (forwards and backwards)
Complete 5 rounds of:
20 air squats
10 push ups
For every minute that goes by, do 3-6 burpees.
